Morada Colibrí was truly one of the best decisions I made for my Costa Rica trip! The property is even more beautiful in person, peaceful, lush, thoughtfully designed, and the perfect escape in La Fortuna. What really made my stay exceptional was the hospitality. Deyber was amazing and went above and beyond throughout my stay, helping coordinate activities, transportation, dinner reservations, my spa treatment, and anything else I needed. He was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely made my birthday trip feel special. Andy, the owner, was wonderful as well and personally helped me troubleshoot an issue my first night. You can tell they truly care about their guests. From the welcome drink and birthday surprise in my villa to the beautiful property, pool, and impeccable service, everything felt thoughtful and personal. I traveled solo and felt completely comfortable and taken care of the entire time. 10/10, no notes. I genuinely wish I could’ve stayed longer and would book Morada again in a heartbeat. 🤎🌿

Honestamente el mejor lugar para hospedarse en La Fortuna! Hospitalidad e instalaciones de primera.✨ Al llegar, quedamos impactados de las hermosas instalaciones del hotel. Tienen un pequeño sendero que es posible observar vida silvestre. La alberca y el jacuzzi son super bonitos y agusto para tomar una cerveza o una pipa con ron bien fría. Verdaderamente las fotos disponibles no le hacen justicia a lo bello que es el hotel. Un mes antes de nuestra estacia, Alex nos contactó para ayudarnos a reservar actividades en La Fortuna. Nosotros llegamos a relajarnos en el hotel y realizar nuestras actividades sin preocupaciones. Todas las recomendaciones de comida y actividades fueron extraordinarias, las disfrutamos al máximo. La verdad que una experiencia increíble en Morada Colibrí. 100% recomendado. Muchísimas gracias a Alex por hacer de nuestras vacaciones en La Fortuna inolvidables!

Alejandro was absolutely amazing!! Not only were the accommodations stunning, the customer service was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Alejandro was extremely friendly, helpful, and made sure all of our needs were met at all times. The amenities were wonderful- we took advantage of the spa, the cinema area, the pool, the coffee lounge, and the sitting cabana. Alejandro showed us everything we could use and helped us set up anything we needed (including assisting us with laundry which was a huge help!) We cannot wait to come back!!

Morada Colibrí was a wonderful oasis for our family vacation in La Fortuna. The amenities offered were spectacular. The property had so many beautiful features that gave my family great joy and relaxation. We enjoyed everything we could—the outside gym, the outdoor theater, the pool and jacuzzi, the complimentary coffee and cookies. It was all great! The property felt secluded and quiet with the most lovely nature surroundings. The property owner Andy and his employees were all very kind and super attentive to any questions we had. They were so welcoming and made the trip even more at ease. It’s a beautiful property and we highly recommend it for anyone staying in the La Fortuna area.

Our stay at Morada Colibrí in La Fortuna was absolutely incredible, and a huge part of that was thanks to Alejandro. His level of hospitality and attentiveness truly set this place apart. From the moment we arrived, Alejandro made everything effortless. He went above and beyond to help us book restaurant reservations and excursions, even last minute, which completely took the stress out of planning. What could have been a scramble turned into a seamless, enjoyable experience because of him. What stood out most was how responsive he was. Anytime we needed anything or had a question, he replied almost immediately and handled it with care and professionalism. It felt like we had a personal concierge who genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. Morada Colibrí itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located, and honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice at all. It’s even more stunning in person, with a level of detail and atmosphere that photos just don’t capture. Alejandro’s service truly elevates the entire experience. He made us feel welcomed, taken care of, and able to fully relax and enjoy La Fortuna. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you appreciate thoughtful, high-level hospitality.

My (now) husband and I booked the property for four nights for our wedding weekend and we could not have been happier. The property is gorgeous in a way that can’t just come across in pictures. Our guests loved the property and it was one of our favorite parts of the whole wedding weekend. Andy and Alejandro are super welcoming and even helped us spot sloths on the property. I cannot recommend this place enough, especially as a place for people to stay for a wedding! We did first look photos here and they are some of favorite photos!

Morada Colibrí was absolutely amazing! My husband and I stayed for three nights and can’t wait to come back! We reserved one of their rooms and it exceeded our expectations. They have the perfect kitchenette that we used to make breakfast and snacks. The beds were very comfortable an we loved opening the windows in the morning to hear all of the birds. They do have a dehumidifier in the rooms which was a plus for helping cloths dry and staying comfortable while sleeping. We took full advantage of the property! Which is maintained wonderfully. They have a handful of different areas you can enjoy coffee, bird watching, sloth watching, or just hanging out. The highlight of Morada Colibri was definitely Alejandro! He provides concierge service and can help you curate the perfect stay. He takes such great care of his guest and is always willing to answer questions and give recommendations. He even saved us from a frog that we thought was a snake at our door in the middle of the night and helped us order pizza! We took advantage of the spa after Alejandro booked us a couples massage. It was the best massage I have ever had! The space is so peaceful and relaxing with the sounds of nature all around you! Who doesn’t want a massage in the middle of the rain forest! He also helped us book a night tour that was in walking distance and we saw so many different species! This is definitely a place that you can’t just come to once, we will be back!

The property is actually better in real life — than depicted in pictures and videos. ||When you stay here, you will be in a private oasis with great amenities that include the pool, jacuzzi, outdoor (covered) seating areas, gym and the outrageously beautiful gardens. You will feel like you are in your own, private, impeccable rain forest.||Great value for the price. Friendly and courteous staff throughout.||Alejandro was fantastic and went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating! He was able to get us whitewater rafting reservations that we could not get done ourselves. He referred us to a pharmacy and urgent care to help me with a diagnosed upper respiratory infection. We had trouble with a bike in the gym — no problem, he had it fixed in 10 minutes!
